Learn CPR for Heart Month for FREE!

Sospita Safety Management

Updated: Feb 10

When someone goes into cardiac arrest, the quick application of CPR is crucial for survival. While emergency services will respond quickly to these patients, even a few minutes of delay in the start of CPR can decrease the chance of survival significantly. This means that to be successful, CPR needs to be started by a bystander, often a friend or family member.

While anybody can attempt CPR, whether they are trained or not, training can be valuable in building confidence and ensuring that the CPR is effective. In recognition of Heart Month, Sospita is offering a basic CPR course for free on February 15th. In this course, you will learn CPR procedures for adults, when and how to use an AED, and what to do if someone chokes. Space is limited, so register now to reserve your spot!

Details for the course:

Date and time: February 15, 10:00 am-1:00 pm

Location: Dymon Storage at 1000 McGarry Terrace, Barrhaven
